The Wildflower symbolizes the possibilities within you- the ability to grow, flourish, and bloom, even in unexpected places!

Our work focuses on creating a space where healing feels safe, growth feels possible, and authenticity is welcomed.

I provide both In-Person and Telehealth Services. I accept Ohio Medicaid and Multiple Private Healthcare Plans.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor and Chemical Dependency Counselor, in the State of Ohio. I am the heart behind Stone and Wildflower. My work is rooted in creating a space where you don't have to shrink, perform, or have to have it all figured out. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be strong and soft, at the same time.

My mission is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges -helping you to reconnect with your resilience, honor your story, and grow in a way that feels true to who you are.

My practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. I have a strong commitment to recovery-oriented principals, that focuses on empowerment, hope, and person-centered care to improve your quality of life.
